The Grant Resource Toolkit for your Organization

  • Perhaps one of the most important things we do for our clients as we collect the necessary information to apply for grants entails the development of a centralized place for all of that information to live and be accessible to the people who need it.

The information we gather is sequestered in a Google Account that we set up in your organizations name. From this one location, we execute your grant funding strategy. The Google Drive will serve as a library of information used to apply for grants and house all past and current grant applications, reports, etc.… The Google Calendar will contain all grant application and reporting deadlines and due dates. And the dedicated Gmail will be used exclusively in communications with all grant funders and their portals.

For those individuals within your organization who have designated access, this information would then be available on any device from any location with an internet connection.

And the greatest thing about this resource tool? You have complete ownership and control over it. Once completed, the Resource Toolkit becomes an organizational asset that will assist you in future grant and fundraising endeavors, aid staff and business development and help position your organization for a more sustainable future.

    The Resource Toolkit includes:

  • Library of Documents Used in Grants & Reporting

  • Database of Grant Research, History & Awards

  • Current Grants Overview Table

  • Library of Standard Grant Verbiage

  • Master List of Online Grant Portal Links & Log-in Information

  • Calendar of Grant & Reporting Due Dates & Deadlines

  • Multi Media Archive
