We search for funders whose missions align with our clients defined projects, programs or services. The better the alignment and “fit”, the better your chances of winning a grant!

Relationships

We build a close working relationship with our clients. Working with an assigned lead or team, we develop a deeper understanding of the passion and commitment driving the organization’s mission and goals.

We also support the growth of our client relationships with funding partners and grant program managers.

Writing

With a laser focus into the funders’ grant guidelines and detailed submission requirements, we write compelling grant applications that move funders to invest their resources in our clients.

Most of todays grant applications are submitted via online portals and we are very familiar with this process.

Resources

You will have full access to the resources and grant development infrastructure we develop and organize throughout the application, granting and award process. Once developed, these resources are yours whether you continue working with us or not.

We begin by creating a Google Account in your organization’s name. This central workspace is a repository, archive and backup of important information. It will also be an invaluable tool for future grant applications, grant reporting, marketing and fundraising.

Requirements, Responsibilities and Compliance

After grants are awarded, we help our clients meet their funders' requirements and continue to assist in building those strong partnerships. We ensure proper funder acknowledgement according to their guidelines; ensure our client understands the project scope, deliverables, and proper data keeping for project/program measurement and reporting; and assist in communicating with the funder should any changes to the program or project occur.

Reporting

Grant reports have a strong influence on future funding and are a tool/opportunity to strengthen client/funder partnerships.

Knowing what funders are looking for, we ensure the proper data is compiled and develop reports that meet their expectations.
